Dear Patients,
After lengthy and careful deliberation we have decided to privately bill new patients for their initial appointment commencing 11th May 2023. Please note ‘new patients’ are defined as never having visited our practice for an appointment as well as someone who has not had an appointment in three years (as defined by HealthEngine). The steadily increasing rate in which we are booking new patients because we are a ‘bulk-billing’ practice is unsustainable.
