We’ve had a lot of questions regarding patients’ eligibility for a telehealth consult with our general practitioners. For Medicare to assign a rebate for Telehealth consultations, it is a requirement that you have been seen face to face in the Practice within 12 months. So if you have not been to the practice within 12 months you are not eligible for a telehealth consultation with our doctors and you will need to book a face to face consult instead.
